Appointment Policies
Our scheduling is designed to permit the correct amount of time to complete your services. A late arrival will deprive you of precious treatment time. In fairness to others, your treatment must end on time so the next patient’s session can begin promptly. If you are late for an appointment, we will try our best to complete as much of your treatment as possible. With some treatments, it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment.
A major credit card will be needed to secure appointments.
Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be charged 15% of your service cost if you cancel less than 24hrs from your appointment time.
Patients that do not call and cancel or reschedule are considered a “NO SHOW”; these clients will be charged 50% of the cost of their scheduled treatment. This courtesy allows us to maintain a higher availability time for you and others.
We accept all major credit cards, cash, and checks (with ID). We charge a $35 minimum fee for any returned checks.

Gift certificates are non-refundable and expire one year from purchase date.

Scheduling an appointment is your acceptance of our appointment policies.
A credit card number is required to secure all appointments.
In order to maintain an environment conducive to relaxation, we request that children do not accompany you on your appointment day and that all cell phones are silenced.
All prices are subject to change.
We reserve the right to refuse any appointment for any reason.
When visiting or calling for your appointment, please make sure to notify our staff if you have any health conditions, limitations, allergies to medications or fruits, physical ailments, medications you are currently taking, or if you are pregnant.
Any issues should be directed to our practice manager.
